Phytotherapy or plant medicines are used as teas, tinctures, poultices and capsules.  Herbal treatments may be used for a variety of needs, like anxiety, poor digestion, and infections like the flu, colds or sore throats.  Medicinal plants are safe and effective for enhancing the immune system and treating other illnesses.

HOMEOPATHY
A safe treatment option for acute and chronic illness.   Homeopathy helps your body start the healing process.  This principal fathered by Physician Samuel Hahneman in the 1800’s utilizes a “like cures like” approach, a similimum.  Testing on healthy individuals revealed the properties of each homeopathic remedy.   A Naturopath takes characteristics specific to each patient to find their correct remedy.  The disease common to two patients doesn’t decide the remedy, the specific characteristics do.  Two patients with menstrual pains would likely receive two different remedies.
